At Fluffon.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. used pillows) may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (for a different type or size), please reach out to us within the return window. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the item is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
